What is included in the price of a yard card sign rental?

The price includes delivery, set up and take down of your selected sign. The following results in additional fees:

Orders placed within 24 hours of the display date, additional days added, giant number added to the regular happy birthday displays, major holidays, locations outside of our 10 mile radius (see zip code zones on home page)

How many decorations do I get with my sign?

You can request as many graphics from our inventory examples as you like. We will guarantee you receive at least 3 in your sign. Most signs include 15 to 25 graphics including some of your special requests along with balloons, stars, presents, cupcakes and other fun graphics.

Can I get a refund?

Once you have booked and paid, a refund WILL NOT be issued unless there is a weather issue and we are unable to complete the install. You can always move your sign order to a different day if your plans change for some reason.

If the weather causes us to call off your installation, we will contact you as soon as possible and refund your money. Typically high winds is the only weather issue that we encounter.

You WILL NOT receive a refund if the homeowner or recipient stops us from installing the sign or calls us to remove the sign, if you provide us the incorrect address/date or we cannot access a gated community (a $35 re-delivery fee will be an option), or if for any other reason we cannot setup the sign that is beyond our control.

How and when do I pay?

Once you fill out the order form, you will be directed to the payment page. All major credit cards are accepted. Once your payment is made your reservation date will be held.

When do you deliver?

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year. We typically set up the sign after dark the night before the event and pick it up after dark on the day of the event. On occasion depending on schedules and location, we set up signs early in the morning the day of the event. If you need a specific time, please contact us to discuss this further.

Can I move the signs?

Please do not move the signs. If it is necessary to move the sign please call us and we will move it for you. If for some reason you need or want to have the sign picked up early, please call so that we can come and remove it. If you are ordering a sign for someone else’s yard, please make sure someone at the location is aware we will be setting up a sign.

What do I need to do?

To make your sign look its best, we highly encourage you to mow and water your lawn before we put out your sign (1-2 hours prior is best). If you do not water the lawn and we are unable to install the sign, you will not receive a refund. It is also greatly appreciated if you pick up any animal droppings and treat ant beds in the sign area prior to our arrival! Turn off your Ring and close any blinds that may give the recipient a view of where we are setting up. If it’s possible, leave on a light for us.
