Rules & Regulations — Celebrate It Yard Cards

Full payment secures your date.
Take all the photos you want of the sign and feel free to post them all over social media. Please do not remove/move/dispose of any of our signs.
Do not mow while the sign is in your yard. If part of the sign is damaged, broken or stolen, you will be responsible for replacement.
Turn off sprinkler systems while the sign is in your yard. If part of the sign is damaged, broken or stolen, you will be responsible for replacement.
The current replacement cost is $25 per piece. To make your sign look its best, we highly encourage you to mow and water your lawn before we put out your sign (1-2 hours prior is best) . If you do not water the lawn and we are unable to install the sign, you will not receive a refund.
By renting from Celebrate It Yard Cards, you agree to indemnify Celebrate It Yard Cards and all its representatives for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during your rental of the sign.
We also indemnify you if we injure ourselves while we are setting up the sign.
If the weather turns bad and causes us to call off your installation, we will contact you as soon as possible and refund your money. Typically high winds is the only weather issue that we encounter.
Once you have booked and paid, a refund WILL NOT be issued unless there is a weather issue and we are unable to complete the install. You can always move your sign order to a different day if your plans change for some reason.
You will not receive a refund if the homeowner or recipient stops us from installing the sign or calls us to remove the sign, if you provide us the incorrect address/date or we cannot access a gated community (a $35 re-delivery fee will be an option), or if for any other reason we cannot setup the sign that is beyond our control.

By placing a rental order/booking with Celebrate It Yard Cards, you agree to all of the above policies.
